Yazdan Apartment: Yazdan Apartment's petition rejected, hammer started moving, demolition process started


The petition of the people of the six-storey Yazdan Apartments, built on Nazul’s land on Prag Narayan Road in Hazratganj in Lucknow, has been rejected. Due to this, the LDA once again started hammering from Monday to raze the apartment completely. More than 50 workers were busy till evening in demolishing the roof and walls. On the other hand, there is a hearing of the case in the High Court on Tuesday.

The workers almost damaged a portion of the apartment on Monday. Ram Shankar, in-charge (enforcement) of zone six, told that people had gone to the administration on behalf of the apartment, but they did not get any relief. Now there is little hope of any hindrance in breaking the apartment. 36 families have bought flats here.
