In the 68 thousand crore Shine City scam case, the Allahabad High Court has directed the UP government to provide the forms related to the scam to the CBI. So that the CBI can collect information about Rashid Naseem, the main accused in the scam, and provide it to the court. The court has fixed December 15 as the date for hearing the matter.

This order has been given by the division bench of Chief Justice Rajesh Kumar Bindal and Justice JJ Munir while simultaneously hearing other petitions including Shriram Ram. Earlier, UP government’s Additional Advocate General Manish Goyal told that on October 19, 2021, the state government had requested the CBI to issue a lookout notice but there is no progress in the case. On this, the court directed the UP government to provide the form to the CBI.

Before this, it was said on behalf of the petitioners that after the last hearing of the court, the main accused Rashid Naseem has uploaded a video three days ago, in which people are being motivated to invest in the company through the order passed by this court. .

The Court sought information regarding the main accused being arrested in Dubai but no information was available with the ASGI. He told the court that he had no information regarding the arrest of the main accused Rashid Naseem and the sealing of his office. Postponing the hearing on this, the court has fixed the date of December 15.
