Ateeq’s son Ali, lodged in Naini Jail, Ateeq’s brother Ashraf, lodged in Bareilly Jail and Ateeq’s elder son Umar, lodged in Lucknow Jail, have been sent to the high-security Tanhai Barrack. On the instructions of DG Jail Anand Kumar, all three have been kept under CCTV surveillance for 24 hours continuously. Also, their meeting has also been completely banned.
