Palghar (Maharashtra): More than 1,100 bundles of fodder were gutted in a massive fire that broke out due to lightning early Monday in Sakhre village of Palghar district in Maharashtra.

The officers provided this information. He told that there was no casualty in the accident. Officials said that at around 3.30 am, lightning struck a field where bundles of fodder were kept.
At least two fire engines from Palghar city were rushed to the spot, located 51 km away. The fire was brought under control after about five hours of effort. (agency)
