Court has issued summons to 14 accused including Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti in IRCTC scam case. Yasarvanna has been told to appear in court on 15th March. Lalu Prasad Yadav Nuktech would have returned to India after undergoing kidney transplant surgery from Singapore.
CBI is investigating the case of acceptance of land in exchange for railway job. CBI has filed charge sheet in the matter. Lalu Prasad Yadav’s near former MLA Bhola Yadav, Hridayanand Chauthari are also accused. Bhola Yadav would have got CBI stuck on 27th July. Bhola Yadav was Lalu Prasad Yadav’s OSD from 2004 to 2009.
After filing of charge sheet by CBI, notices have been sent to 14 people from Rouse Avenue Court. The investigation of the accused will start on 15th March and after that the charges will be finalised.

Lalu Prasad Yadav, when he was the railway minister, is accused of giving jobs to people in railways in exchange of land. Lalu Prasad Yadav would have been the Railway Minister from 2004 to 2009.
