Another video has surfaced on Monday before the death of mother-daughter in Chalha village of Madauli in Kanpur Dehat. On January 14, after partial encroachment was removed from the government land, the same night the mother-daughter duo reached the Mati Collectorate along with the family and cattle.

Then in the Collectorate premises itself, the pants of the deceased’s son Shivam, bastard were taken off by the administrative officers. In the video, the ADM administration is seen ordering the police to arrest Shivam. Amar Ujala does not verify this video, but the SIT has included it in its analysis.

In Chalha village, on January 14, the Revenue Department team had partially removed the encroachment of Krishna Gopal Dixit of Madauli village from the government land. Enraged by this, Krishna Gopal had reached the Collectorate with his complaint the same night along with wife Pramila, daughter Neha, sons Shivam, Ansh and daughter-in-law and cattle.
