ingredients for rice
Oil – 1 tbsp
Green cardamom – 2

Ghee – 3 tbsp
Paneer – 350 grams

Butter – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chili – 1 tbsp
Onion – 100 grams
Tomato puree – 200 grams
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red chili – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 teaspoons
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Cashew paste – 2 tbsp
Water – 250 ml
Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 2 teaspoons

Ghee – 2 tbsp
Mint – 4-5

- First of all, put the pan on the gas and put 3 glasses of water, oil, green cardamom, cloves, bay leaves and cinnamon in it.
- Then, put the washed rice in it and also add some salt. When the rice is half cooked, filter it and then take it out in a vessel.
- Heat ghee in another pan and add paneer to it and fry it for a while. Then put some ghee or oil in the same pan, and add ginger, garlic paste, green chillies and onions and fry it for a while.
- Then add tomato puree to it and fry for 3-4 minutes. After that add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder and salt and fry for some more time.
- Now add cashew paste to it. Now put some water in it and cook till it starts boiling and then add paneer in it.
- After stirring for a while, add cream and mix and also add garam masala and coriander leaves.
- Now heat oil in a pan and add half cooked rice to it.
- After that add curry leaves, coriander leaves, roasted cashews and fried onions.
- Mix cheese and spread it all over. Mix saffron milk in it.
- Then close it well with foil paper and then put a lid on it and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Your Makhani Paneer Biryani is ready. Serve it hot.
