Nagpur. Different teams of crime branch raided 3 hookah parlors running in Ambajhari and Bajajnagar police station area. It is worth mentioning that on Wednesday, CP Amitesh Kumar took a class from Bajajnagar and Ranapratapnagar police station, DB squad and crime branch team. Reprimanded the illegal activities going on here and gave instructions to take action on all illegal businesses.
On Wednesday night, police raided the Million Dollar Cafe located in Gokulpeth premises under Ambajhari police station. Here youth were found consuming hookah along with tobacco. Police registered a case against Bhilgaon resident Manish Rajesh Ninave (23) and took him into custody.
By the way, information has been received that the real owners of the cafe are Karan Chellani and Nikhil Anna. Anna is the one who assaulted the woman in Dabo lounge a few days ago. He also runs a restaurant on Koradi Road. Police seized goods worth Rs 17,600 including hookah material. The second action took place at Villa 55 located under Ambajhari police station.
Here the police detained Kartik Shivdas Yewale (29), a resident of Godhani, and Nabil Jama Irshad Qureshi (32), a resident of Zingabai Takli. Goods worth Rs 9,200 were recovered from them. The third action was taken at a restaurant lounge called House of Hell in Shankarnagar under Bajajnagar police station. From here, the police detained Kaustubh Atul Lanjewar (22), resident of Maskasath, Sahil Sanjay Nindekar (21), Jai Anil Shinde (21), Aditya Ganesh Masram (20) and some other hookah-consuming youths. Police seized goods worth Rs 13,000 from House of Hell.
