Ashish Sharma and Sonarika Bhadauria are seen in the lead roles in the trailer of this political drama film released on 22 September. Apart from this, the lead actress of this film Sonarika Bhadauria has also worked in the hit TV show ‘Devon Ke Dev Mahadev’. In the trailer of the film, both the actors are shown in the role of college students. Ashish Sharma is seen standing in the college as a defender of Hindutva against another faction. Apart from this, the character of actor Anoop Jalota has also been introduced in the film as a defender of Hindutva. He has a dialogue in the trailer – If Hindus are expelled from here, then what is the second Hindu country where they will go to?
The film ‘Girlfriend’ remained in controversy, it does not mean that ‘Hindutva’ will also remain’
There was a lot of controversy about Karan Razdan’s previous film ‘Girlfriend’. He told the Times of India about ‘Hindutva’, ‘Just because my film Girlfriend was in controversy, it does not mean that there should be controversy in Hindutva too. The film is all about love, sacrifice and friendship. The film has a social message and I hope people like it.’
