Interim bail of accused of fatal attack on advocate rejected
The court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishvesh rejected the interim bail application of the accused of fatal attack on the advocate on Tuesday. Along with this, the date of January 12 has been fixed for regular bail. The bail application was opposed by DGC Alok Chandra Shukla and advocate Anuj Yadav of the plaintiff.
According to the prosecution, on July 31, 2020, Shalini Devi, a resident of Kaithi, Dhaka of Chaubepur police station area, lodged an FIR at Chaubepur police station. It was alleged that Ghanshyam Dubey, Mahendra Shankar Dubey, Shyam Sundar Dubey, Pawan Dubey, Upvan Dubey, Atish Dubey, Dheeraj Dubey and Ranjan Dubey, who lived in his neighborhood at 10 am, entered the house and beat him up due to old enmity. Apart from husband advocate Ramashray Dubey, two sons Avneesh Dubey and Gyanendra Dubey were brutally beaten up.
