New Delhi. According to a news received from Himachal Pradesh, earthquake tremors were felt near Dharamshala here today i.e. in the early hours of Saturday morning. At the same time, according to the National Center for Seismology, the said earthquake occurred at 5:17 am today with a magnitude of 3.2 on the Richter scale, 22 km east of Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh.
According to the information received, at present there is no information about any loss of life or property. Be aware that the western part of Himachal Pradesh comes under the fifth earthquake zone. In these areas, the possibility of devastation due to earthquake remains a bit high.
It may be noted that earthquake tremors were felt in Uttarkashi on Friday itself. Then there was an earthquake of magnitude 2.9 at 2.12 am in Uttarkashi, about 300 km from Joshimath. Although there was no news of any loss of life or property due to the mild tremors of the earthquake. According to experts, the intensity of the earthquake was measured at 2.9 on the Richter scale.
