The Allahabad High Court, while hearing the case transfer application filed by SP leader Azam Khan, has asked the complainant to file a reply on the next hearing. This order was given by Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh while hearing the petition filed by Azam and two others.
Azam Khan has demanded that the hearing of his six cases be done in the court of another district instead of Rampur. The court has accepted the counter affidavit of the UP government on the petition seeking quashing of the FIR filed in another case of Azam. Along with this, approval has also been given to withdraw the earlier counter affidavit.
