Suresh Chandra, 45-year-old wife of Rani, a resident of Dhansari village of Thana Charra in Aligarh, had gone to the farm outside the village for defecation at around 11 am on Thursday. Then the high tension line going over the field broke and fell on the woman’s head. Due to which the woman was seriously injured.
After being struck by lightning, the relatives took the woman to the Community Health Center. Where the doctors referred the woman to Aligarh in view of her critical condition. But the relatives did not take him to Aligarh and took him to a private hospital. But by then the woman had died. After reaching the information of the woman’s death, the police informed the family members and took the dead body in possession and sent it for postmortem.
