Vice President of Varanasi Development Authority Abhishek Goyal told that the work of Tent City is in the final stage. Companies are giving final touches. Special care has been taken for the comfort, convenience and safety of the tourists in the tent city. The health of the tourists has been taken care of in the eco friendly tent city. Yoga and meditation center is being constructed here. At least three hundred tourists will be able to do yoga and meditation at a time.

The city of tents will be seen as a confluence of religion, spirituality and culture. With the rise of the sun, there will be Ganga Aarti here along with the sound of bells. The morning will start with live Raag. Tourists will be able to listen to the melodious tunes of almost all the musical instruments of Banaras Gharana. In this, especially the tune of shehnai, sarangi, sitar, santoor and the beat of tabla will be heard.

Amit Gupta, manager of a company that sets up Tent City, said that the atmosphere of Tent City has been kept in such a way that all your five senses will be able to feel it. As soon as you leave the tent, there will be a view of the sun rise, Maa Ganga and the half-moon ghats and Ganga Aarti. There will be a complete ban on meat and alcohol here.

Other handicraft products including GI and ODOP products of the state will also get a new market in the tent city. Malaiyo, Thandai, Chaat, Banarasi Paan and Banarasi Paan will be served for the taste. The feel and luxury of a tent made of natural materials is equipped with all the facilities of a hotel.

A tourist post has been set up keeping in view the tent city and the G-20 conference and the security arrangements for the pilgrims. A temporary tourist outpost was set up on Wednesday on the instructions of Police Commissioner Mutha Ashok Jain. The working area of ​​the newly formed tourist outpost will be from Maidagin to Dashashwamedh Ghat.
