Tahrir for filing a case against Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat has been given at the Kotwali police station on Tuesday. The office bearers of the Varanasi unit of Akhil Bhartiya Brahmin Ekta Parishad say that the Brahmin community is feeling insulted by the statement made about Pandits. Action should be taken against Bhagwat. On the other hand, the office-bearers of Kendriya Brahmin Mahasabha Yuva Manch held a meeting on Tuesday and condemned Bhagwat’s statement and the Brahmin community demanded an apology.

Displeasure has increased with the statement given by the RSS chief on the Pandits. In this connection, Himanshu Mishra, District President of Akhil Bhartiya Brahmin Ekta Parishad Youth Cell, gave a complaint at Kotwali police station. Also demanded strict action against the union chief. Raghavendra Choubey, Mrityunjay Malaviya, Shivam Beas, Mayank Choubey, Rohit Dubey, Naveen and Kishan also expressed displeasure. Similarly, the Central Brahmin Mahasabha Yuva Manch held a meeting at Bajrang Bhawan in Sunderpur. Col. Ranjit Upadhyay, the founder of the forum, said that it is not right to link the Pandits with the caste system. The Sangh chief should withdraw his statement.
