To provide employment opportunities to the youth abroad, the country’s first International Employment Fair will be started in Varanasi. The first international job fair will be organized on December 14 by the Skill India International Center operated by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) at ITI Karaundi.
Fitter course in ITI and polytechnic, construction as well as hotel management pass youth who have three to four years of experience can join. Placement for the youth had already started from this centre, but for the first time a large-scale international job fair is being organised. By participating in this fair, youth will be able to get employment in Gulf countries.
Fair will be organized once every month
According to the officials of the center, the fair will be organized once in every month. This will greatly benefit the youth. District-wise fair will be organized by Skill India International Center. For the first time the youth of Varanasi will be given a chance. Similarly every time the youth of different districts will get a chance.
ITI and Polytechnic pass youth can participate in the International Employment Fair. Along with this, before the organization of the fair, the youth will be given a chance on the basis of the vacancies for which the organization will come abroad.
To participate in the International Employment Fair, passport will be mandatory along with certificate and Aadhaar card. It will also be mandatory for the youth coming to the employment fair to have three to four years of experience.
