Eight cases related to Gyanvapi episode will be heard in three courts on Monday. Shringar Gauri case is to be heard in the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh. In this, the revision petition filed by Anjuman Intezamia Masjid against the survey order given by the court of Civil Judge Senior Division will be heard.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Pancham / MP MLA Court will hear the case related to registration of case against SP national Akhilesh Yadav, AIMIM chief MP Asaduddin Owaisi, City Qazi and Maulvi. The suit has been filed on behalf of senior advocate Harishankar Pandey.
It is alleged that all have hurt religious sentiments by making objectionable statements. In the past, the court had considered this case as admissible and then called for a report from the Chowk police station. The police station chief was asked whether any case was registered in the matter or not. Now a report has been sent from the police station that no case has been registered.
Similarly, six cases related to Gyanvapi will be heard in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Ashwani Kumar. The first of these is Lord Shri Adi Visheshwar Sheetla Mandir Mahant Shivprasad Pandey etc. The second case has been filed by Mr. Nandi Ji Maharaj and Sitend Chowdhary, the third case by Maa Shringar Gauri and Ranjana Agnihotri etc., the fourth case by Satyam Tripathi etc., the fifth case by Maa Ganga and Suresh and the sixth case by Abhishek Sharma.
