SP leader Swami Prasad Maurya, who is in headlines for his rhetoric, is in the circle of questions this time by commenting on Ramcharit Manas. There was a huge protest against him in Varanasi on Sunday. While going to Sonbhadra, BJP leaders and workers showed black flags to Swami Prasad Maurya at Tengra turn of Ramnagar. Black ink was also thrown on SP leader’s vehicle.
Black clothes were thrown at Swami Prasad Maurya’s convoy. During this, the slogans of Har Har Mahadev and Jai Shri Ram kept echoing. Swami Prasad Maurya’s convoy left for the front after the policemen chased away the protesting youths. Youth BJP leader Deepak Singh Rajveer, who participated in the protest, said that Swami Prasad Maurya is repeatedly questioning Sanatan. Will never forgive the controversial comment on Ramcharit Manas. He has to apologise. We are demanding action against them.
