With the development of other religious places including the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya and construction of Vishwanath corridor in Kashi, increasing religious tourism in the state has also attracted investors who came to the Global Investors Summit.
As a result, investment proposals worth Rs 4 lakh 14 thousand crore have been received in 7 major religious cities like Ayodhya, Kashi, Mathura, Chitrakoot, Sitapur, Mirzapur and Prayagraj. It is believed that if these investment proposals land on the ground, employment opportunities will be available for more than 4.35 lakh youth.

In fact, due to the development of religious places, the way the number of tourists has increased in these places, in the same proportion many avenues of small employment have also opened up in these cities. Considering such possibilities, 434 investment proposals worth Rs 37,224 crore have been received in Kashi.
It is estimated that 1.35 lakh people will be linked with employment through this. Similarly, in Mirzapur 64010 crore, in Mathura 50387 with an investment of 23798 crore, in Chitrakoot 78471 with an investment of 63059 crore and in Prayagraj through the proposal of investment of Rs 53152 crore, employment avenues are expected to be opened for 67033 people.
