Captain Rajsingh Dhaka of Dhikauli village, who got rid of two sixes while fighting for the country, died on Saturday at the age of 96. He was running ill for a long time. On his death, a wave of mourning ran among the people living in the surrounding villages.

Mandal general secretary of RLD, Omvir Dhaka, a resident of Dhikauli village in Baghpat district, told that his father Captain Raj Singh had fought the war with Pakistan in the year 1965 while in the army. During the war, a shell fell near him, due to which he was kept in the mortuary considering him dead. Where he regained consciousness after several days and after that he was saved after undergoing treatment.

After this, he was involved in the war to liberate Bangladesh in the year 1971. When he came to the village after retirement, he raised the flame of education and made the children aware of education.
