The state executive meeting of Uttar Pradesh Congress minority cell was held at the state Congress headquarters, in which district and city Congress committee chairpersons were also present. It was decided that under the first phase of Aapki Party- Apne Gaon Abhiyan, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi’s message will be sent to 1500 villages from March 10 to March 20. On this occasion, State Congress Committee President and former Member of Parliament Brijlal Khabri said that Minority Congress is doing the work of organization in the state with full responsibility. The party has geared up for the 2024 elections.

Former Minister Naseemuddin Siddiqui said that the minority community is now coming back to the Congress again. Siddiqui said that elections are round the corner, so it is necessary that the names of all those who have turned 18 should be included in the electoral rolls. State Congress Committee’s Organization Secretary Anil Yadav advised to work towards strengthening the organization.

Minority Cell President Shahnawaz Alam said that his struggle against the atrocities and bulldozer policy on the people of the minority community would continue. Uttar Pradesh Minority Congress will take the message of Congress to 1500 villages from March 10 to March 20 under Aapki Party-Apne Gaon Abhiyan. Under this campaign, the District Minorities Committee will hold meetings in two villages daily and give Priyanka Gandhi’s message there and appoint the Gram Sabha President. And the city committees will spread Priyanka Gandhi’s message among lawyers, doctors and teachers.
