Congress will soon see a new form of struggle in Uttar Pradesh. For this, a strategy has been made to fight on such issues, which are either suppressed or are being suppressed till now. By raising these issues, the party will launch a state-wide agitation, so that the mass base can increase.
The party high command has recently handed over the command of the state to new hands. While Brijlal Khabri has been made the president, six provincial presidents have also been made to work zone wise. It has been clearly stated that every officer will be evaluated on the basis of his performance. It will be seen how the results in the civic or Lok Sabha elections in the districts under its charge.
The future of the office-bearer will depend on this struggle and its results. To meet the criteria, the state leadership has decided to launch an agitation. It has been decided that there are many criminal cases in which, despite best efforts, justice has not been given to the aggrieved party. Such cases will be identified in every district in which the FIR of the aggrieved party has not been written or proper action has not been taken despite the FIR being lodged.
The intention of the leadership is that these issues should be raised prominently at the state level. On these, a plan of struggle should be made from the district level to the national level, so that an atmosphere can be created among the people against the ruling party. Efforts will be made that more priority should be given to emotional issues, in which common people are troubled by oppressors, influential politicians or police, but they are not getting justice. The strategy is to send a message to the common people that Congress is emerging as their voice.
