Emergency helicopter landing was done at village Meerapur crossroads of Afzalgarh police station area in Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh. A large number of people gathered at the spot during the landing. It was told that two pilots and one passenger were on board the helicopter. For now both are safe. It is being told that the emergency landing was made due to an engine hit.
According to the information, due to the helicopter of Pawan Hans Company going from Dehradun to Haldwani, due to red signal, a field emergency had to be landed in Meerapur village. Three people including two pilots were on board the helicopter, who are safe.

It was told that on Monday, a helicopter of Pawan Hans Company which was going from Dehradun to Haldwani when it reached near Meerpur Modiwala village of Afzalgarh area at around 11:30 in the morning, suddenly there was a technical fault in the helicopter, due to which the helicopter got red signal. Nagendra Singh had to drop it in the vacant field.
The helicopter was being piloted by pilot Captain Rajkumar Yadav. He was accompanied by co-pilot Captain Ratnesh Singh and passenger Arun Kumar Singh, Director, Bureau of Civil Defense, Dehradun. These three people were going from Dehradun to Haldwani by helicopter. Pilot Rajkumar Yadav said that emergency landing had to be made due to red signal being received.
Both the pilot and the passenger are safe. Pilot Rajkumar Yadav told that engineers are coming from Dehradun, only after their arrival, takeoff will be done from here. On the information, Inspector Anokhilal Gangwar reached the spot of May Police Force. At the same time, out of curiosity, a huge crowd gathered on the spot.
