For the first time, question papers have been printed on A4 size paper in the high school and intermediate examinations of the UP Board. Unprecedented arrangements have been made for the security of the question papers. The question paper sent in multi-layer protection will be detected if it is tampered with. Earlier the question paper was kept in an envelope. In such a situation, cases of paper leak used to come to the fore. Now the question papers will be kept inside four envelopes. In addition to all subjects, question papers have also been given to the double lock strong room built in the District School Inspector’s Office, so that in case of shortage of question papers at any center, it can be made available in the district.

At the same time, the district school inspectors are also raiding the centers at night to check the security of the question papers. UP Board Secretary Divyakant Shukla has written a letter ordering the security check of question papers before the commencement of examinations for important subjects from February 20. Therefore, the centers are being monitored to eliminate the possibility of leakage of question papers. The District School Inspector has also constituted a team. 28 members have been asked to inspect 139 examination centers in the district and check the strong room arrangements. Every day after the end of the examination, the strong room and its seal are being checked by visiting the centers till late night.
