Job professionals and entrepreneurs-businessmen have the highest expectations from the general budget. Where the employed people are looking forward to the exemption in the income tax limit, the businessmen are dreaming of revival of the industries due to low inflation.
If people believe, then this budget will be the election budget of the year 2024. Therefore, from common man to entrepreneurs, there is hope of relief from inflation in this budget. Due to reduction in the rate of common food items, the budget of the kitchen is expected to improve. The entrepreneurs are hopeful that the industries here are looking forward to the provision of a special package in the budget and abolition of import duty on some items.
The government should provide a special package for industries like traditional color-gulal, asafoetida, perfume, ghungroo, handicraft, handloom and powerloom, readymade garments, which will lead to the development of these industries. People say that stoppage of some trains at Hathras Junction and Hathras City station should be increased. Along with this, the Railways is preparing to increase the parcel service. In such a situation, reduction in freight is also expected.
Special efforts are needed by the government to promote small and cottage industries. The traditional Rang-Gulal industry of the district should be given a special package in this budget. Tax rates should be reduced so that businessmen can get relief. – Ram Bihari Agarwal, businessman
