Nagpur. Additional District and Sessions Judge M.S. Azmi was convicted and sentenced to 15 years imprisonment. On January 20, 2018, the police had registered a case of rape against the accused Kishore, who lives in the ballast mine premises. Kishore was a peon in a school. His wife worked as a nurse in a hospital. Since the daughter was only 3 years old, Kishore was making her a victim of lust.
The surprising thing is that when the girl was only 3 years old, she informed her mother about her father’s indecent act. She reprimanded Kishore fiercely but the next day Kishore threatened the girl and asked her to lie. Out of fear, the girl told her mother that what she had said was a lie. The mother advised her not to do this again and everything became normal but the child continued to suffer even after this. For 10 consecutive years, Kishore kept making her a victim of lust. On being a little wiser, she told her teacher about her father’s antics. The school management called the mother to the school.
Gave information about all the events. Then she made a plan to catch her husband red-handed. Hiding in the house, the woman made a video of her husband’s brutality. They beat him up and threw him out of the house. His relatives were informed about the incident. The family stopped her from complaining by telling the fear of slander, but all this was having a bad effect on the girl.
The doctor was also consulted and finally an FIR was lodged with the help of Child Line. Gittikhadan police investigated and filed a charge sheet in the court. Public prosecutor Varsha Saikhedkar was successful in proving the charges. The court convicted the teenager and sentenced him to 15 years imprisonment.
