In the case related to the Umesh Pal murder case, continuous raids are going on in Bareilly for the arrest of the accused. In search of Saddam and Lalla Gaddi, brother-in-law of Mafia Atiq Ahmed’s brother Ashraf, the police raided Baradari, Fort, Premnagar. The police have taken two of Lalla’s close friends into custody. Nine people who met Ashraf more in jail have been traced. Of these, seven are residents of Bareilly and two are residents of Pilibhit. Saddam’s girlfriend is also included in these.
The wires of Prayagraj’s Umesh Pal murder case have been found linked to Ashraf, who is lodged in Bareilly Jail. A report has been lodged in the Bithri Chainpur police station regarding the Ashraf case. Four people including the jail constable have been sent to jail. After this, the main objective of police and agencies is to arrest Ashraf’s brother-in-law Saddam.
Henchmen kept sending information to Ashraf
Saddam did not come to Bareilly after 26 December, but his henchmen continued to exchange information with Ashraf. This includes Lalla Gaddi. Lalla is a resident of Baradari area of the city. In search of Saddam and Lalla Gaddi, police to STF and other agencies are also engaged.
