The game of tax evasion in vehicles carrying goods from Haryana and Delhi was busted on Wednesday by the action of STF State Tax. Every day hundreds of vehicles from Haryana and Delhi leave without checking in the same way. Tax evasion of crores of rupees is being done from them.

Additional Commissioner of STF State Tax Arvind Kumar said that neither any paper related to tax nor invoice was found in the pan masala vehicle. In which pan masala worth Rs 40 lakh was loaded. He was confiscated.

24 tonnes of scrap was found in the scrap cart. In the documents found in the vehicle, the cost of scrap was shown at Rs 12 a kg, while the price of scrap in the market is more than Rs 40 a kg. Even more tax evasion was being done.
