New Delhi: With the arrival of 811 new cases of Kovid-19 in India, the total number of infection cases has increased to 4,46,62,952, but the number of patients under treatment has come down to 13,559. According to the updated data released by the Union Health Ministry till 8 am on Wednesday, the death toll in Maharashtra has increased to 5,30,511 due to the death of two more patients.
According to the data, the number of patients under treatment is 0.03 percent of the total cases of infection while the rate of people recovering from Kovid-19 has increased to 98.78 percent. In the last 24 hours, there has been a decrease of 462 in the number of patients undergoing treatment for Kovid-19. The number of people who have recovered from this disease has increased to 4,41,18,882 while the death rate is 1.19 percent. Under the nationwide anti-COVID-19 vaccination campaign, 219.75 crore doses have been given so far.
