After getting down from the train, both of them tried to escape with the help of the railway line. Only both of them were caught by the police. Ravi Ranjanla got stuck.

Ravi Ranjan Kumar would have eloped with a young girl from the local market. The answers of both were recorded before the court and the information about starting the further proceedings was given by Lalan Singh, the Inspector of Kochas Police Station.
