Shivling or fountain in Gyanvapi, carbon dating will be known: Appeal of Hindu side accepted in court, know the matter

After the case of Gyanvapi Shringar Gauri’s regular darshan and protection of other deities has been declared as hearable, now the hearing of this case will continue in the district judge’s court. During the hearing in the court of District Judge Dr Ajay Krishna Vishwesh on Thursday, Supreme Court advocate Vishnu Jain, appearing for the Hindu side, requested the Archaeological Survey of India experts to conduct carbon dating of the alleged Shivling found during the survey. In this case, the District Judge, while fixing the date of 29 September, has asked the Anjuman Inazaniya Masajid Committee to file an objection.

In favor of the demand for carbon dating of the Shivling found in the Gyanvapi complex from the Hindu side, it was said that it would be clear whether it was a Shivling or a fountain. Through chemicals, up to 62,000 years can be estimated. In this way, it will also be possible to know how old it is. The Muslim side claims that this is not a Shivling but a fountain. The court has asked Anjuman Inazaniya to file an objection on this application by September 29.

On the application of the Anjuman Intrageniya Committee, after the disposal of the application of Order 7 Rule 11, the court of the District Judge said that the Supreme Court has not ordered an adjournment of the trial in the order of May 20. In that case, the hearing will continue.

Advocates Raees Ahmed, Merajuddin Siddiqui and Mumtaz Ahmed, on behalf of Anjuman, filed accountability on all 52 points of the Shringar Gauri case. On which Advocate Manbahadur Singh, on behalf of the Hindu side, strongly opposed and said that this has been filed after the expiry of 90 days. In such a situation, without giving proper reasons regarding the delay and without taking an affidavit, it cannot be accepted. The court has asked to file an affidavit in this matter with proper reasons.

An application has been given in the court on behalf of the Hindu side, in which there has been a demand to give the Shivling found in the survey in the custody of the administration and to continue the worship of Raga Bhog. The court fixed September 29 as the date of hearing, seeking objections from all the parties on all these applications.

During the hearing on Thursday, only nine parties were present in the application of 16 people under Order 1 Rule 10. One of the parties withdrew from it. Whereas the application of seven absentees was rejected by the court.
