Rajasthan: Four youths died in a painful road accident in Rajasthan. While the condition of one is said to be serious. He is undergoing treatment in the hospital. It is being told that the youths were overwhelmed by the speeding and reckless driving.

Surjit Kumar, ASI, Anupgarh said that 4 people died and 1 got injured in a road accident in Anupgarh late last night. Who has been sent to the hospital. The accident happened due to speeding and reckless driving.

Road accidents are increasing day by day due to careless driving. According to IPC 279 rules, a person who negligently drives a vehicle in a public way or on a road, which endangers the life of any person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. This is a bailable matter. 304 IPC – A person who causes death by negligence shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both. This is a bailable offence.
