Mohali SSP Vivek Soni said, “It is a case of a video shot and made viral by a student. An FIR has been registered and the accused has been arrested. No death has been reported related to the incident.” “As per medical records, no suicide attempt has been made. A girl student who was taken in an ambulance was worried. Our team is in touch with her.”

He further added, “Forensic evidence is being collected. So far our investigation has revealed that there is only one video of the accused. He has not recorded any video of anyone else.
