According to information, the Jammu and Kashmir administration has attached the house of fugitive terrorist Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar alias Latram located in Nowhatta area of Srinagar. Notice of attachment has been pasted on the house. It is being told that the terrorist is hiding in Pakistan. The building, situated on a 540 sq ft plot, has been attached under the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act on the orders of the Union Home Ministry.
