On February 22, Anil underwent a kidney transplant operation at Jaypee Hospital and Health Care in Noida. On the initiative of the trust, it has also received assistance of Rs 4,75,000 from the Chief Minister’s Discretionary Fund.
The total expenditure on the patient’s operation, check-up, travel etc. has been Rs 12,00,000. Anil Kumar (31 years), living on rent in Agra Cantt area, was suffering from both kidney failure. Dialysis was being done for four years with the help of the trust. Anil has been discharged from the hospital after kidney transplant. He will have to remain in isolation for 2-3 months now. For this, two rooms have been arranged in Noida itself. The cooperation of General Secretary Gautam Seth and Rohit Agarwal was commendable. Chairman Mukesh Jain has expressed his gratitude to all the colleagues.
