Ojas, the only son of Umesh, the last of the four sons of late Shyam Lal Agrahari, had a shaving ceremony. Preparations for going to Vindhyachal were going on since Wednesday night. He had to go from Irshad’s Tavera of the village itself.

The car arrived early in the morning. Around six o’clock in the morning, nine members of the family left for Vindhyachal from Tavera, hailing Vindhyachal mother. No one knew that Kaal was just behind them. Barely an hour and a half later, the wretched news of the accident came at the house, which shook the ground under the feet of the family members. Umesh’s elder brothers Sanjay and Ramesh ran towards Handia as soon as they got the news.

Post-mortem of all the bodies was done in the afternoon itself. When all the bodies reached the house in Shivgarh by two ambulances at around 4.15 pm, there was an outcry. Most of the shops in Shivgarh area remained closed during the day. The stoves did not burn in all the houses in the village. Shyam Lal’s family had come to Shivgarh 50 years ago from Pratapgarh

Shyam Lal Agrahari, a resident of Shivgarh in Soraon, was originally from the Derwa area of ​​Pratapgarh. After marrying Krishna Devi, a resident of Shivgarh, he got the throne of his in-laws, then he came here about 50 years ago. Since then his entire family was living in Shivgarh. Shyam Lal and Krishna Devi had four sons. Sanjay, Ramesh, Dinesh and Umesh. Shyam Lal died many years ago. Three years ago, the third-ranked son, Dinesh, had died. Sanjay and Ramesh used to take care of farming by staying at home. Umesh, number four, lived in Gujarat and worked as a vegetable seller. Umesh was married to Priya about two and a half years ago.

Umesh and Priya’s one-and-a-half-year-old son Ojas had a shaving ceremony where nine members of the family had left the Tavera car to go. The family was wreaked havoc on the family that among the four sons of Shyam Lal, Sanjay’s wife Rekha, Ramesh’s wife Rekha and Dinesh’s wife Kavita died. One and a half year old Ojas died in the accident but his parents Umesh and Priya are seriously injured. Ojas’s younger brother Rishabh had come from Katra in Pratapgarh to attend Mundan. He is also seriously injured. The driver Irshad, who was driving the Tavera vehicle, has also been admitted to the hospital in a critical condition.
