The government has taken a tough stand on the murder of Umesh Pal, the main witness of the MLA Raju Pal murder case in Prayagraj, in front of his house in Dhumanganj, by being shot and bombed in broad daylight on Friday. In the assembly on Saturday, CM Yogi said that we are against the mafias, will mix them in the soil. He said that SP has given shelter to Atiq Ahmed. We will not spare any mafia. The Chief Minister said that SP is the feeder of mafias.
Atiq Ahmed is guilty in the Rajupal murder case, and the SP supported him by making him an MLA. Pointing towards Akhilesh Yadav, Yogi said that you yourself are nurturing the mafia. In an angry tone, Chief Minister Yogi termed the SP as a protector of mafias and told the state to be on the path of development. He said that no mafia will be left in the state. We will not spare any mafia.
On Friday, BSP MLA Rajupal murder case’s main witness and lawyer Umesh Pal was shot dead with automatic weapons. Gunner Sandeep Nishad, who was guarding Umesh, also died in the attack. Raju Pal, MLA from Prayagraj West, was murdered on January 25, 2005. The case is going on against the mafia Atiq Ahmed and his younger brother former MLA Ashraf in the murder case.
