It is alleged that some people of the village have encroached on his land. Mangre had requested for help several times by giving application letters to the District Magistrate and other officials. But his problem remained the same.

He became unconscious in a few moments. Grandson Rakesh, who came along, was out of breath while handling him. Rakesh gave this information to his advocate and started crying bitterly.
