One caught with Rs 1.5 crore at PDDU junction

The GRP caught a person with Rs 1.5 crore from platform number three of PDDU Nagar railway station. He was going to Kolkata from Delhi with Rs. The GRP handed over the money and the accused to the officials of the Income Tax Department. The hawala is suspected to be of Rs. The investigation is on.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Varanasi Kunwar Prabhat Singh said that around 2.30 pm on Saturday, a young man with a trolley bag was seen near the stairs of platform number three and four. When the bag was searched on suspicion, bundles of two thousand and five hundred rupees were found in it. He could not show any document regarding Rs.
The young man said – commission is received in exchange for work
He told that GRP caught him and brought him to Kotwali. When counted, it was Rs 1.5 crore. The young man told his name as Rajesh Das. He is a resident of Tarda Backpali Kanki in Korba district of Chhattisgarh. He told that the money was given to him by Ashish Aggarwal from Delhi.
