ner, Ner Municipal Council had spent lakhs of rupees to construct organic toilet and sand water project on the banks of Millmili river in Mokshadham on the weekly market Ner and Amravati, Yavatmal road, but the condition of sand water project and organic toilet is not yet inaugurated. Has become unfortunate.
Ner Municipal Council has completed the basic arrangements, but which includes organic toilets at Amravati Road, Mokshadham and weekly market, and sand water project on the banks of Milmili river, service of people due to high movement of people at weekly market and Mokshadham on Amravati Road. On September 3, 2020, two bio-toilets were purchased under the Pradhan Mantri Khanij Kshetra Kalyan Yojana, at a cost of 11.31 lakhs, on September 3, 2020. These toilets were purchased through Ideal System Aid Services Pune.
Both the toilets have not been started even after 03 years. Because of which, due to neglect in the maintenance of toilets, there has been a lot of filth in the surroundings, due to which the two toilets built by spending 11.31 lakhs have become showpieces. Because of which funds worth lakhs of rupees have been wasted.
Similarly, for the service of the citizens of Ner city, on the banks of the Milemili river on the Ner Nababpur road, a sewage treatment plant of 60 kiloliters per day capacity has been constructed after spending Rs 41.01 lakh by purchasing a sewage treatment plant under Prime Minister’s Mineral Area Welfare District Mineral Foundation, Whose work started on 3rd September 2020 and the construction work was completed on 2nd December 2020. Almost three years have been completed for this project, but it is also waiting for its inauguration.
11.31 lakh has been spent for organic toilet and Rs. 41.01 lakh for Sandapani project, but there is no care for both these projects. Both these projects have been purchased by Ideal System Aid Services Pune Inn, there is a need to pay attention to the NP administration.
