Along with this, he has also announced an ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh each to the families of the deceased. Along with this, CM Shinde has also given important orders to the concerned officials to investigate the incident.

Significantly, a private luxury bus from Thane was going from Ambernath to Shirdi in Ahmednagar district. The accident took place around 7 a.m. near Pathare Shivar in Nashik’s Sinnar tehsil, about 180 km from Mumbai, he said.
As per preliminary information, the dead included seven women, two children and a man. The injured were taken to Sinnar Rural Hospital and Yashwant Hospital. Officials said that the condition of some of the injured is said to be serious, due to which there is a possibility of increasing the death toll.
