MP Ravi Kishan’s hard work paid off: Regional Film City to be built in Gorakhpur with 500 crores, people will get employment A to Z Counsel

Regional Film City will soon come up in Gorakhpur. On the initiative of MP Ravi Kishan Shukla, Mumbai-based filmmaker Ankur Garg has signed an MoU with the state government. The filmmakers will invest Rs 500 crore in the project.

The district administration has started looking for land to implement the MoU. An investment of Rs 500 crore is expected to provide direct and indirect employment to more than 2000 people.

Filmmaker Ankur Garg has tied up for Film City in Investor Summit through the Gorakhpur Development Authority. He has expressed his desire to work on the project from July 2023. In terms of better connectivity, Gorakhpur is being considered as a better option for Film City.
