MBBS first year student Mrinal Singh (23) committed suicide by jumping from the 9th floor of TS Mishra Medical College and Hospital in Sarojini Nagar in Lucknow on Friday morning. The police team searches Mrinal’s room. During this a four line suicide note was found.
In this, Mrinal had written a message to the parents that sorry… could not do MBBS studies properly. His name was written below. According to ACP Krishnanagar Vinay Dwivedi, the suicide note will be sent to the handwriting expert for examination. Relatives told that the student was in depression for a long time. The treatment was also going on.
According to Inspector-in-charge Santosh Kumar Arya, Mrinal, daughter of Kaushal Kishore Singh, a teacher living in Rajpath area of Patna, was doing MBBS from TS Mishra Medical College. She lived in the hostel built in the college campus itself. According to the girl students, Mrinal used to live in room number 902.
Sakshi, a student living with her, told that Mrinal was in the class till 8.45 am. After that went to the hostel. After some time information spread that Mrinal had fallen down from the hostel. When we reached the spot, she was lying soaked in blood. He was taken to the emergency of the hospital, where the doctors declared him brought dead. The college administration and students reached within a short time.
