The biggest reason behind the illegal meeting of MLA Abbas Ansari and daughter-in-law Nikhat Bano, son of Don Mukhtar Ansari, lodged in Chitrakoot Jail, was the greed of big money and expensive gifts. During his stay in jail, Abbas got full support from the Jail Superintendent, Jailor, Deputy Jailor and Warder.
On Monday, the police sent the Jail Superintendent, Jailor and Chatt Warder to Lucknow after medical examination. All three were presented in the Prevention of Corruption Court in Lucknow. Police have recovered cash, car, two mobiles worth about six lakhs from their possession. On Monday, Superintendent of Police Vrinda Shukla said at the SP office that the suspended Jail Superintendent Ashok Sagar, resident of Manpur Khanpur in Bulandshahr, Jailer Santosh Kumar, resident of Chandwak Bihardar, suspended Jaunpur, and suspended famous warder Mathura, behind the illegal work going on in the district jail for almost two months. Jagmohan Singh, a resident of Nagladeh Mott, has played the main role.
