Demand to stop the contaminated water of sugar mill and make sugarcane shift free

Farmers of Budhpur village in Ramala of Baghpat district staged a sit-in at the mill on Tuesday, demanding that their sugarcane shift be made free and stop the contaminated water of the mill. He warned to continue the strike until the problem is resolved.

The farmers who reached the sugar mill demanded the officials to make the sugarcane shift of the village free. The farmers sat on a dharna when the mill officials refused to make the shift free. The farmers said that the people of the village are troubled by the dirty water and sludge coming out of the mill. People are getting sick due to dirty water. The crops of the farmers are getting spoiled due to the shadow of the mill. The farmers staged a sit-in until the mill officials stopped it. He warned to continue the strike until the problem is resolved.

The farmers said that the shift of sugarcane in our village should be free. Bijendra, Satendra, Sachin Pradhan, Vikas, Subhash, Sanjay, Sudhir, Sanjay, Pawan, Virendra, Situ, Krishnapal were present on this occasion.

married woman hanged herself

A married woman committed suicide by hanging herself from a fan in Kutesara village of Charthawal in Bijnor district. The police reached the spot and removed the dead body hanging from the ceiling fan.

Majida (24) committed suicide by hanging herself from the fan of her room in Mohalla Suleman Patti of Kutesara village at around 5 pm on Tuesday evening. Suspicion was raised when the married woman did not come out of the room for a long time. Knocked on the door of the room but due to no sound coming from inside, the in-laws got upset. Meanwhile, someone informed the police about the murder of the woman.

Police reached the spot and started investigation. Station in-charge Rakesh Sharma broke the door of the room and removed the dead body hanging from the fan. On hearing the news of the death of the married woman, the residents of the village also reached the spot. During this, a crowd of villagers gathered on the spot. The police barely dispersed the crowd. Margub, the husband of the deceased, works as a laborer, he was married to Majida about seven and a half years ago. The station in-charge told that advance action will be taken in the matter after receiving Tahrir.

Meat shop traders in Meerut’s Siwalkhas police station area have complained to the SSP accusing the SHO of demanding bribe. Meat traders allege that the police station officer misbehaves with them every day. On which the SSP has ordered an inquiry into the matter.

When the traders refused to give the month, the Thanedar started harassing the traders and closed their shops every day. The traders demanded action from the SSP in this matter. Fire broke out in the house due to short circuit, goods burnt

A house caught fire due to short circuit on Monday night in Kallanhedi village of Saharanpur Bargaon area. By the time people could control the fire, apart from the food grains kept in the house, utensils, cash, clothes, bedding etc. were burnt.

Salman’s son Sahjad alias Nathu, a resident of Kallanhedi, has a house in the village. The one who is a poor laborer and is living the life of the family by working hard. His house has a concrete wall, but the roof is kutcha. According to the victim Salman, there was a short circuit in the electrical wiring on Monday night. The spark emanating from it caught fire badly in the battery along with the inverter and all the food grains, clothes, utensils, beds, cots, jewelry, cash etc. kept in the house were burnt to ashes. Hearing the screams of the victim’s family in the night, seeing the balloon of smoke rising from the house, the neighbors reached the spot and started extinguishing the fire. By the time the fire could be controlled, everything kept inside the house was burnt. According to Salman, about five thousand rupees cash kept in the bag has also been burnt. Due to this incident, the laborer’s family has come under the open sky. At the time of the incident, the said family was sleeping in an adjacent room. According to the victim, due to the incident of fire, his property has suffered a loss of more than two and a half lakh rupees.

Lineman scorched for giving wrong shutdown in Baghpat’s Kirthal

The lineman who was repairing the electric line in Kirthal village of Baghpat got electrocuted. The relatives admitted the lineman to a private hospital in critical condition. The relatives of the injured accused the SSO of the Kirthal power house for starting the power supply even after the shutdown. A demand was made to provide compensation to the victim’s family from the Electricity Corporation.

Nayeem, a resident of Kirthal village, is a contract lineman at the Kirthal power station. On Tuesday morning, he had gone to fix the high tension electric line in the forest of Kirthal village. He took the shutdown over the phone from the SSO of the power house. SSO said that shutdown was given. After this, as soon as the lineman held the electric wire by climbing on the pole to fix the electric line, then the lineman got electrocuted due to electricity in the wire. Due to the current, he got severely electrocuted and fell down. . The family members have admitted the lineman to a private hospital in Shamli where his condition is critical. The family members of the injured lineman created a ruckus against the SSO of electricity and accused the SSO of negligently leaving the power supply. The villagers informed the officials of the Electricity Corporation about the accident. But the electrical officials did not turn up. There is anger among the family members against the officers. In this regard, Tej Pratap Rao, JE of the power house told that the lineman had taken the shutdown but the SSO instead of giving the shutdown of the farm line, gave the shutdown of the village line. Preparation for board exams has started in Baghpat district. On Tuesday, the examination centers were rehearsed from the District School Inspector’s office. The officers of the office looked after the arrangements for the preparation of the examination at the centres.

43 examination centers have been set up in the district for board examination. Of these, 31669 students are registered for the exam. Intermediate practical examination is starting in the district from January 29. Preparation has intensified at the district level regarding the examination. The centers were rehearsed from the control room on Tuesday regarding the examination. The officials of the department reviewed the facilities available at the examination centres. The officials inquired about CCTV cameras, DVRs, voice recorders, strong rooms, drinking water, toilets and other arrangements at the examination centres. Control room nodal officer Antriksh Kumar and examination in-charge Ganga Das Gautam told that the control room was rehearsed on Tuesday. All the arrangements at the centers were fine.
