Inspector-in-charge of Sarsawa police station Yogesh Sharma told that at around 2 o’clock on Friday night, the medical police outpost vehicle was patrolling near the National Highway, suddenly a bike rider came from the wrong side, in order to save it, the policemen tried to stop the vehicle. The vehicle went out of control and fell into a ravine. It was a matter of pride that the pothole on the roadside was not too deep, although three policemen Vikrant, Arun and Ankit were injured in the accident. After the wireless information given by the injured policemen, they immediately reached the spot along with the police force and admitted all the three injured to the Government Medical College Pilkhani. From where the policeman is being taken to a private medical institute in Saharanpur for CT scan of Vikrant. The vehicle was badly damaged in the accident, while the person who was involved in the accident while trying to save it could not be traced.

Social worker asked for euthanasia
A woman who had accused a sub-inspector of Nauchandi police station of Meerut and a municipal contractor of gang-rape reached the collectorate and garlanded her photo and sought euthanasia from the officials.
