Ujjwal, director of Lalkurti-based Kaushal Sweets, said that Mahabahubali samosas are filled with four kilos of paneer, peas and potatoes. Three and a half kg flour was applied. Even before this, eight kg samosa was prepared at the shop. A reward of 51 thousand rupees was kept for the person who ate it. The samosa is prepared in six hours.

The most difficult task in making 10 kg Mahabahubali Samosa was to make its filling. He told that to make the filling, potatoes were first washed and boiled and then cooled, peeled and then mashed.

After this, the mashed potatoes were refried and fried with dry spices like asafoetida, coriander, cumin, garam masala, red chili powder. Boiled peas, chopped green chillies and chopped paneer were added to it. Later cashews were also added. After roasting well, this filling was taken out in a tray and kept to cool.

A big roti was rolled out of three kilos of flour by two artisans by keeping it on the table. This filling has been filled by giving it a triangular shape of samosa. The samosas were set in a tray, after which it would be fried by adding refined flour to the pan.

Two hundred people can eat this 10 kg samosa comfortably. He told that before this, 150 people had eaten eight kg samosa made during Diwali. Now he is preparing to make five kg jalebi.
