BSP supremo Mayawati has besieged the government over the incident in Kanpur Dehat. He has said that in the state which is suffering from poverty, unemployment and backwardness due to inflation, now the lives of innocent poor people are being lost due to bulldozer politics. This is very sad. He said that the government should change its anti-people attitude.
Mayawati said that in the name of removal of encroachment in Kanpur Dehat district, the mother daughter living in the hut died during the incident of excesses and arson. The incident of his dead body being raised after 24 hours is more discussed than the Global Investors Summit. In such a situation, how is it possible for the welfare of the people of UP.

SP’s allegation, BJP government is harassing Brahmins
SP State President Naresh Uttam Patel has alleged that not only Dalits, OBCs, but also Brahmins are being harassed continuously in the BJP government. Referring to the incident in Kanpur Dehat, he has instructed the Brahmin leaders of the party to go to the spot wherever there is harassment and investigate and submit a report. Instructions have also been given to unite Brahmin leaders in the districts and start agitation against the dictatorship of the government.
Patel said that the district administration of Kanpur Dehat has put a police guard outside the house of MLA Amitabh Bajpai since morning to hide its act. The delegation led by Dr. Manoj Pandey, the chief whip of the party in the assembly, was stopped by the police from going to the spot and abused. He also filed a murder case against the DM along with the SDM and Lekhpal and demanded proper compensation and government jobs to the relatives of the deceased.
