Aligarh District Legal Services Authority organized Lok Adalat under the leadership of District Judge Dr.Babbu Sarang. In which 68442 cases of pending and pre-litigation stage were settled and a total of Rs 36.60 crore was recovered.

Lok Adalat in Civil Court was inaugurated by Dr. Babbu Sarang. On this occasion, 10160 cases of pending nature were settled on the basis of mutual settlement agreement. 157058596.84 amount of penalty imposed by the courts was recovered. On this occasion, a total of 58282 cases were settled on the basis of mutual reconciliation agreement by various departments and bank loan recovery, financial institutions, telephone, mobile company etc. at the prelitigation level. A total amount of 208969679 was recovered in this.

In Lok Adalat, 3 cases were settled by District Judge, 26 by Presiding Officer Commercial Court, 306 by Presiding Officer Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation, 161 by Principal Judge Family Court, 4 by ADJ I. Apart from this Lalita Gupta Additional Principal Judge, Family Court 4 by 38, Garima Singh Additional Principal Judge Family Court 1 by 34, Anuradha Pundir Additional Principal Judge Family Court 2 by 20, Jyoti Singh Additional Principal Judge Family Court 3 by 28, Sanjeev Kumar Singh 6 by Special Judge (SC/ST Act), 1 by Rajesh Bhardwaj ADJ 3, 623 by Subhash Chandra-VIII ADJ EC Act, 7 cases by Surendra Mohan Sahay ADJ Special POCSO.
