Gyan Prakash Shukla and Santosh Kumar Saroj live with their families in Arka Fatehpur village. There is a dispute going on between Gyan and Santosh over the possession of a land in the village. Both are fighting a case in the district court for the ownership of the land. There is a stay on the disputed land. Despite this, Santosh Saroj was doing construction work on the land on Monday night. At around 10 o’clock in the night, Gyan Shukla Paksha called Arka Mahaveerpur outpost in-charge of Karari police station, Inspector Ajit Upadhyay and complained about the illegal construction.

On this, the outpost in-charge reached the spot with a constable to stop the illegal construction without informing the officials. During this, the Inspector made strict on Santosh Saroj’s side while pressuring him to stop the construction. Enraged by this, the people of Santosh Paksha pelted stones at the police team. Inspector Ajit’s head exploded in stone pelting. While the accompanying constable suffered minor injuries. As soon as the information about the attack on the inspector was received, there was a stir in the police department. In a hurry, SP Brijesh Srivastava reached the spot along with the QR team including Manjhanpur, Karari, West Sharira, Mahila Thana. By pacifying the agitated villagers, peace was established on the spot.

Along with admitting the injured inspector to the district hospital, the police caught 3 including the main accused. The detained accused are being interrogated. According to the accused Santosh Paksha, at the behest of Gyan Shukla, the sub-inspector was abusing and misbehaving with women by climbing his house. Fed up with the action of the police, he protested.

Stones were pelted at the police team which had gone to maintain peace on the information of construction work on the disputed land. A constable has been hurt in this.
